DONALD J. STEBBINS

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Don Stebbins was appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Superior Industries International, Inc. effective May, 2014. He is an accomplished automotive industry executive with more than 25 years of relevant experience. Mr. Stebbins currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Snap-On Tools Incorporated, a NYSE-listed company. From December 2008 through August 2012, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Visteon Corporation, a Michigan-based, publicly traded manufacturer and global supplier of components for automotive original equipment manufacturers. From December 2006 through August 2012, he was also a member of Visteon’s Board of Directors. Prior to Visteon, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer of the Americas and Europe/Asia/Africa, and as Chief Financial Officer for Lear Corporation, a Detroit-based supplier of automotive seating and electrical distribution systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stebbins held management positions with Bankers Trust Company, Citibank and First Chicago Corporation. He earned an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.

NADEEM MOIZ

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Nadeem Moiz was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Superior Industries International, Inc. effective July, 2017. Prior to joining Superior, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Direct ChassisLink, a portfolio company of private equity firm EQT and a leading intermodal equipment and asset management provider in the US. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moiz had various roles of increasing responsibilities at DaimlerChrysler AG, and then served as Vice President Finance, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging International. He is a proven and accomplished financial leader with strategic and operational expertise. Mr. Moiz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Florida University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

DR. KARSTEN OBENAUS

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT CFO EUROPE & GLOBAL ERM & STRATEGIC PLANNING/EUROPEAN MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Karsten Obenaus has been Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Europe & Global ERM & Strategic Planning, and a member of the European Management Board of Superior Industries International, Inc. since July 2017. He started his professional career in 1994 and obtained accounting and finance positions at Deutsche Industrie-Treuhand, Goedecke AG (Pfizer Group) and EMTEC (BASF Group). In 2003, Dr. Obenaus became Head of Controlling at the German alloy wheel producer ATS. After the takeover of ATS by UNIWHEELS in 2008, he completed his financial expertise by taking the roles of Head of Accounting, Head of Risk Management, Head of Controlling and CFO Polish Operations. In the course of the transformation into a stock company (AG) in November 2014, Dr. Karsten Obenaus was appointed CFO of UNIWHEELS AG.

SHAWN J. PALLAGI

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Shawn J. Pallagi has been Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Superior Industries International, Inc. since December 13, 2016. Before that, Mr. Pallagi served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Remy International, one of the largest producers of electrical replacement components for the automotive aftermarket. Mr. Pallagi joined Remy as Vice President of Human Resources in 2011 and prior to that, he engaged in executive level management and human resources consulting. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pallagi held several management positions at General Motors Corporation, including Executive Director of Human Resources of Global Manufacturing and Labor Relations from 2005 through 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.

PARVEEN KAKAR

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Parveen Kakar has been Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Development at Superior Industries International, Inc. since 2014. He joined Superior in 1989 as Director of Engineering Services and has held positions of increasing responsibilities within the Company. Since July 2008, Mr. Kakar was Senior Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Product Development. Prior to that, he served as Superior’s Vice President of Program Development, where he was instrumental in aligning product development and manufacturing processes for improved new product performance at vehicle launch. Mr. Kakar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in India.
