Code of Conduct

Our core values are Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Continuous Improvement, and Diversity and Inclusion. Superior aims to provide a safe and friendly work environment to all employees. One way we do this is through our global Code of Conduct which outlines clear rules and guidelines on fairness, transparency and respect. We believe transparency, open and honest communication, collaboration, and fairness are key to long-term business success. Our Code of Conduct reflects these principles and outlines Superior’s key policies and standards of expected business conduct, consistent with legal and ethical practices, including expectations on maintaining a diverse and harassment-free workplace, health and safety, employee data privacy, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, trade compliance, supporting our communities, protecting the environment, and prohibition on political contributions. We denounce all forms of corruption, bribery and extortion and assure our employees’ freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in accordance with local laws and regulations. All Superior employees, including the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Accounting Officer and all other executive officers, and the Board are required to comply with the Code of Conduct.

Our Code of Conduct presents the standards by which we conduct our operations. All employees are required to affirm the Code of Conduct annually. Employees receive annual training on the Code of as well as training on various compliance topics throughout the year.

To fight against corruption, we have implemented ongoing measures such as regular training for high-risk groups on general compliance as well as specific anti-corruption issues. Superior has an Ethics Line (whistleblower system) available for all employees to submit reports of activity they believe to violate Superior’s Code of Conduct or policies.
